Miss Quezon City, Dianne Stephany Stefanowitz (22), won the Miss Earth 2012 pageant held in Manila, Philippines on Sunday (5/27/2012). Stephany managed to beat 47 candidates from various cities of the world. Miss Earth is the third largest beauty pageant in the world after Miss Universe and Miss World.
